Pre-Orders

  • All items are pre-orders.

  • Orders take about 7–10 business days to process and ship.

  • After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.


Processing & Delivery

  • Processing begins after the pre-order period is complete.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and carrier and are in addition to the 7–10 day pre-order window.


Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your items safely.

  • Once your order is shipped, AP Luxe Vault is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Responsibility transfers to the carrier.


Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier’s pricing.

  • You will see your total shipping cost before completing your order.


International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship internationally to select countries.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.


Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • AP Luxe Vault is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
