Orders & Pre-Orders

Q: Are all items pre-orders?
Yes. All items at AP Luxe Vault are pre-orders. Orders take about 7–10 business days to ship before delivery times begin.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
We work with trusted carriers for reliable delivery. Once shipped, packages are the responsibility of the carrier.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at apluxevault@gmail.com. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Q: Do you allow exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

We accept all major payment methods displayed at checkout.
